Beaches

Fife’s beaches have long been recognised as one of the Kingdom’s primary natural assets. They are a place to relax and play, learn about our natural environment and are home to many species of wildlife.

The beaches are great recreational areas for local people and visitors alike, with over a quarter of a million visits per year. They make an important contribution to local community economies of nearly £2.5m per year.
